How much am I charged for shipping?
Our standard shipping fee is $10 per package. All packages are shipped throuh USPS (United States Postal Service) we will email you a tracking number 24 hours after the item has been shipped to your email.
What is your return policy?
We enforce a 25% restocking fee on returned items. Customer must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to obtain an RA number for return. No returns will be accepted without an RA number. All returns must be authorized by a customer service representative.
What is the estimated delivery time to receive my order?
All orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped within 48 hours of having received your order. Please allow 6 to 10 business days for delivery into Canada and all other international orders from the time your order has been confirmed.
What can slow down the process of my order?
We process your orders within 24 hrs so tha its ready for shipping. However, if your credit card information is incomplete, this will slow down the processing of your order. Always make sure that you enter your billing address accurately and ensure that all the necessary fields are completed when filling in your order. Your billing address has to match the address that the card was issued to.
